Normal operating conditions and installation conditions
Ambient air temperature: -5℃~40℃, and average temperature in 24h below +35℃.
Altitude of the installation site should not exceed 2000m.
Atmospheric relative humidity at ambient air temperature is + 40℃ for not more than 50%, in the low temperature can have higher relative humidity. For example, in +20℃ , the relative humidity can reach 90%.

Structure
Parts of DAB5-63 Miniature Circuit Breaker made in china are positioned by the plastic housing. Case is made of new plastic with flame retardant, high strength and arc-resistant, which has stronge impact resistance and good flame retardant properties. DAB5 series new miniature circuit breakers are used for non-trained personnel to use, without maintenance. The protection characteristics of over-current release has been set before leaving the factory, the user can not adjust it when using, to avoid affecting performance.
DAB5-63 series new circuit breakers can be built-in various accessories, such as shunt release, over-voltage protection device, convertible DC circuit breakers and so on.
Using wire connection, the maximum round copper conductors is 25mm ². Use TH35-7.5 standard steel rail for installation.
Structure Description
Main contacts of DAB5-63 Miniature Circuit Breaker made in china switch on by manual operation or electric. After the main contact closes, the free trip mechanism locks the main contact in the closing position. The coil of the overcurrent release and the thermal element of the thermal release are connected in series with the main circuit. The coil of the undervoltage release is connected in parallel with the power supply. When the circuit has short-circuit or serious overload, the armature of overcurrent release will pull in, so that the free trip mechanism act, the main contact disconnect the main circuit. When the circuit is overload, the thermal element of the thermal release heats to make the bimetal bend and push the free trip mechanism to act. When the circuit is undervoltage, the armature of the undervoltage release is released, and also make the free tripping mechanism act. Shunt release is used as a remote control, in normal work, the coil is cut off, when needing distance control, press the start button to make coil have electricity, armature drives free tripping mechanism to act, the main contact is cut off.
