Barrell Craft Spirits recently released one of its newly added products: Barrell Bourbon Batch028. According to the information of the blender, it is a mixture of barrels with 10-year and 11-year history created by three different barrel subgroups.
The first has aromas of tropical fruits, citrus peels and exotic spices. The second has a rich mid-and and sweet almond-shaped body. The third is pepper and tonic, adding a skeleton of salty wood elements to the final taste. Barrell Bourbon Batch 028 has been distilled and aged in Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana. It has a barrel strength of 108.85 pounds and a suggested retail price of US$90.
